Due to rapid growth and investment in the expansion of our business, Pod Point is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Operations Manager to join our friendly Homecharge Norway team.
As part of our wider Operations team, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing the relationship with dealerships, and to some extent our installs partners. Specifically, we’ll be asking you to speak to the dealerships and keep them happy, and work with the rest of the team to ensure the dealerships are up to date and our installs partners completes the work to our quality standards.
You’ll need to be a fabulous communicator with both our installs partners and the dealerships, and you’ll pride yourself on having happy customers every time. You don’t need to be technical, but you need to be the type of person who picks things up quickly, so you are able to hit the ground running. A bit of commercial acumen would be handy to in order to manage the dealerships.
The position will report into the Head of Home Charge (Norway) and will be based in our offices near Old Street station in London.
Role activities and responsibilities
- Contact point for all dealerships and responsible for training
- Checking orders made by our installs partners
- WEEE registration
- Dealing with technical problems via phone if possible, otherwise directing problems to the appropriate team
- Registration and monitoring of information in the company's internal CRM system.
- Other duties as required.
- Fluent Norwegian and English Speaker
- A year or two of experience dealing with customers
- Happy dealing with sub-contract installers
- Detailed, focused and incredibly organised
- Capable of dealing with large workloads
- Good computer skills
